Refunds & Returns Policy

We accept refunds and returns if the product does not affect the second sale:

  • Can't be dirty.
  • Do not damage the packaging.
  • Can not be washed.
  • Does not affect the second sale.

Frankly speaking, the transportation of food is very difficult and the freight is high than normal. According to the transportation information of our historical orders, 12-22 days is normal, and it will be more than 22 days at very special times. If the package has not been received for more than 30 days, please contact us and we will resend you a copy. 

No returns or exchanges after 20 days of receiving the product.

If it is for your personal reasons, it cannot be delivered, such as rejection. We will give a maximum refund of 50% depending on the situation. 

If you want a refund for some reasons (not quality issues), we will charge 10% (not less than USD 5) as shipping fee. If the product is damaged, we may charge a small additional fee as appropriate.

In the case of a product exchange, you must bear the cost of the return.
