I love seeing your videos and hope that you will one day in the near future make a book with information on how you store your food (fermentation, smoking and drying of meat) what ingredients you use and recipes! Maybe even how you plant and harvest. Thank you so much for sharing your life with us. My little family and I are on our way to live a life like yours on a permaculture farm in Idaho!
