When Will My Order Ship?
Orders that are placed by the consumer will ship the same day, Monday through Friday, as long as they are received by 2 pm EST on that working day. Please note that shipping time may be affected by inclement weather.
Taxes and Duties
Most countries do not need to pay taxes.
Your order may be subject to customs or import duties which are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Legally these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
Customs duty is charged as a percentage of the total value of the goods. The duty rate percentage depends on the country the package is being sent to, but on average is between 5% and 9%. We are afraid we have no control over the charges which is why we cannot include them in the cost of the item, or within the postage costs. This is a teacup that Ziqi likes very much. It suggests purity, peace, and pleasant feelings. Many fans expressed their desire to have it. Therefore, we contacted the traditional Chinese handmade teacup artist and customized a batch of such teacups.
Its material is Liuli (Colored Glaze, Chinese: 琉璃), and it is made after a series of dewaxing and removal of harmful impurities, combined with a special process of high-temperature firing. This production process is special and complex and has been passed down for thousands of years. Because the technology is difficult for ordinary people to master, it results in a low success rate and the inability to mass production. At the same time, it has a value of high artistic appreciation, so its price is a little high, and such tea sets were only used by nobles in ancient times.
It is clear and translucent inside and out, and the shape looks like ice cubes, and it feels cold when touching. If you look closely, you will find that there are some small bubbles in it. These bubbles are generated due to the special production process, which greatly inhance its artistic sense. They were formed naturally during the calcination of materials and become the tea cup's distinctive feature, emitting a dazzling brilliance under the light.
Each cup is handmade by craftsman, and the appearance details of each cup are unique. The shape of each cup is irregular, like a teacup formed by a transparent gemstone after a hole is cut by hand. A strong artistic atmosphere.
Its simple appearance can give people a peaceful feeling. It is suitable for slowly savoring wine, tea, and other beverages in a quiet environment or while playing soothing music.

Note: It cannot be heated quickly or placed in a sterilizing sideboard. It is not recommended to clean it in hot water right after drinking a cold drink, because the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the cup can cause cracking.
